Theory of parabolics – Spotting the top
Parameters: RSI of daily in parabolic state exceeds that of RSI of weekly in parabolic state. RSI Daily > RSI Weekly
Theory: This suggest the stock in study is toppish.
Case 1: MIC
Price: 5.90 ; RSI daily = 81.60; RSI Weekly = 75.44
Theory suggest toppish for now.
Case 2: Gold

I never thought it was LC
Gold’s parabolic burst was not much of a concern for the mining index yesterday, until the news of LC taking out from the Philippine Stock Exchange index this September came out. All the while I thought it was mining heavyweight PX will jump start the burst for the mining index. I was wrong. Lot of times my call was early as I find it hard for the last wave up of the parabolic to predict the top. more later.

AVISO: AGP Chart – NO LONGER VALID
It seems I made an error. Chart is no longer valid as it was compromise by long suspension prior to its recent trading. Im no particular to why the suspension was lifted. Just take notice that it started around the 10 to 17 level (mostly 15 level) last June to July, 2011. So from here, it’s your own sweet ass in the line if you even dare to buy this pos (piece of … stock, of course, what are are thinking).
