doing the math: example feb 2 ngayon, last day to buy para maka avail ng sro. AVISO: the idea of the sro play is for those na MERON na at WALANG PERANG PAMBAYAD sa SRO…. we proceed. feb 2 now, price 17. ratio gawin na natin 2:1 for easy math. ang suppose to be adjusted price come feb 3 ex date will 17 + 17 + 10.60 = 14.86/14.88. since 2:1 ang ratio, same to sa PX SRO example natin dati. for every 2 shares ng dmpl, pwde ka bumili 1 share at 10.60… so if u have 2k shares x 17 = 34k ang puhunan mo. yun 1k share ang sro mo na pwede mabili sa 10.60 bali 10,600 worth. since wala ka pambayad ng 10,600 pesos, sa exdate pwede ka mag benta ng SAPAT na shares (around 700 shares) or benta ka 1k shares at say 14.86 (14,860 worth) para may pambayad ka sa 10,600 worth na SRO. patalo ka muna ng 1k para makabili ng murang 1k shares. sa listing date/payable date ay may 2k shares ka pa rin at may nakuha kang 14,860-10,600 = 4,260 na pera. marami ang nag invest na walang funds kapag may sro kaya kadalasan hindi nag aavail. to yun ginagawa namin, noon pa at mapagkailan man.
