high 28.95 x 0.80 = 23.16
23.16 x 1.20 = 27.80

Hi maam mika, the 20% rule act as sort of pivot for bulls and bears. Sa case ni PX, ang pinaka high nya was 28.95 last aug 16 2011. the said rule is just one tool sa mabilisan pag compute ng tp. px low dati was 18.50 (18.5 x 1.20 = 22.2) and then at 20.05 (20.05 x 1.20 = low 24). just enough to give one an idea kung saan ang resistance/breakout/target price. the 23.16 is the pivot of 28.95 historical high. mga ek ek ng 20% rule 😀
